Our calculators provide estimates based on established scientific equations (Mifflin-St Jeor, Epley, Brzycki, US Navy method). You acknowledge that estimates may differ from your actual biological values by 5–15%. These tools are starting points, not exact prescriptions. VBE Performance does not guarantee specific physical results from the use of these tools.
